Sharon is a Financial Security Advisor with Freedom 55 Financial and began working with Principal Planning in 2019. She graduated from Memorial University in 1996 with a degree in Education and earned a scholarship in mathematics and science for education students. She began her teaching career in 1996 and uses her skills as an educator and former small business owner to help clients gain a solid understanding of their finances. As a great listener and effective communicator, Sharon takes the time to fully understand client needs and financial goals. She has been a high achiever during her extensive training at Freedom 55 and intends to further her financial education by working toward the designation of Certified Financial Planner.

Sharon lives in St. John’s with her husband, Gerard, and their four children. She is an avid hiker and basketball coach! Sharon is licensed in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador to sell life insurance, health insurance, and mutual funds.
