I came to work at Freedom 55 when I was 52, an age where most of my friends were retiring. It was not easy, even though I worked at a financial institution previously, I had to start learning all over again; but I persevered.
Over the past 22 years at Freedom 55 I have met a lot of new clients and clients who followed me from my previous employer. We have become family. You learn about people, share in the good times and are also there for them in the tough times.
As I look back on my career, I am going to miss my loyal clients and co-workers. I appreciate my clients putting their trust in me and for our relationship over the years.
I will miss the many meetings over tea, coffee and cookies with clients who have become close friends. This business is all about relationships, the relationships I have built with my clients are important to me and I will treasure them forever.
I will especially miss my co-workers Gerard and Sharon Nash, Grant Maddigan and my current MA Cindy Murray. I cannot forget my former MA and good friend Dorothy Maloney. Rest assured, you are in good hands with Gerard, Sharon, Grant and Cindy.
Thank you again for the many laughs and trusting me with your business. I look forward to this new chapter in my life and will miss you all dearly.
I wish you all nothing but the best.
